Your tiers are yours alone. Nobody is shown where you put them. Here's what they do.
01 · sort someone inPut Luke in a tier and he can join your sessions.
You · PEOPLE
You put Luke in Tier 1.
Luke isn't told. He's never shown a tier.
You · POST
You post Tuesday, 7 to 9 PM.
It opens to Tier 1. Nobody outside Tier 1 can see it.
Luke · WEEK
Tuesday is on Luke's WEEK.
Along with every other session open to him.
Luke · one tap
I'M IN The spot is his.
First tap takes it. Nobody can bump him.
02 · who a session is open toEvery session opens to Tier 1. You decide if it widens.
When you post, you set a time. If it's still short by then, it widens on its own, or you tap WIDEN TO TIER 2 yourself. Lock it and it stops.

TIER 3
Everyone else you've sorted
Sees it last, and only if you widen it that far.
People you haven't sorted never see your sessions. Not in any tier, not on any week. So sort everyone you'd drill with. Not sure about someone? Put them in Tier 3.
03 · what you hearSeeing and hearing are two different things.
You see a session when the poster has you in a tier it's open to. You hear about it, by ping, text or email, when they're also in your Tier 1 or 2. Both have to be true for your phone to buzz.

In short
Sorting someone does two things. Your sessions can reach them. Put them in Tier 1 or 2 and you hear when they open a session to you.
Sort nobody and nobody sees what you post. Sessions from people who sorted you still show on your WEEK. Quietly.
